When I registered this domain name back in 2016 the context was, and still is, our political system.
What has changed since 2016 has been the faith-based lens which has reshaped my viewpoint on the need for, and nature of, the disruption.
For clarity of context in the United States, the term The Establishment typically refers to the two-party political system, in which the Republican Party and the Democratic Party are perceived as alike in their support of neoliberalism, defined by anti-labor and pro-federal policy, as well as vehement defense of corporate interests.

Democracy is at risk and we are kept distracted by Culture Wars
While billionaires consolidate power and wealth, they keep us fighting over culture war issues — like abortion and immigration.
Why? Because if we’re divided, we won’t unite to challenge them. While we argue, they profit. This manipulation is not accidental, it is strategic, and it’s time we started seeing through it.
The Consolidation of Power and Influence by the wealthy was accelerated by the Supreme Court’s Citizens United decision in 2010 granting corporations and special interest groups unlimited power to financially influence elections. Ecumenical and Inter-Religious Relations
Throughout history, faith has been used by empires to divide and control societies. The Ecumenical movement seeks unity among Christian denominations such as Roman Catholic, Episcopal, Evangelical Lutheran, Reformed, Presbyterian, and Methodist churches. Interreligious dialogue works to unite society by promoting constructive interaction, understanding, and cooperation between people of different faiths. The ecumenical movement has long been the passion of my heart. Ecumenical and Inter-Religious Relations
In a divided society we can choose solutions over sides
I’ve been searching for something that unites people independent of their faith affiliation. Recently, while refining this site, I discovered the Builders Movement.
Everywhere we look today, we see the same picture: a world divided into “Us vs. Them.” We are being programmed to think every issue is binary, good vs. evil, winner-take-all, but 87% of Americans agree: we’re sick of being turned against each other. That’s why we equip people with the inspiration, tools, and networks to think flexibly and solve problems constructively without resorting to dehumanization and violence.

Politics is how we get what we want.
When I registered this domain name several years ago, I was not sure what “good” disruption would look like or how to achieve that outcome. I would like to thank two very wise people in particular, Ken and Kay, for their input and guidance. Finally I’d like to feature Positive Politics.
At work and at play, at home or in community, we politic to get what we want. Divisive, demeaning, and violent interactions yield only a race to the bottom. Positive politics may take longer, but we can achieve more and have more fun using thoughtful proven political actions with integrity and honor. Learn how in these pages.
